Terms and Conditions for Yogabycat Studio:

1. Booking and Payment:

   • All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system.

   • Payment for classes is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations made after 11 pm one day before the scheduled class time will result in the forfeiture of the class credit.

   • Cancellations made before 11 pm one day before the scheduled class will receive a credit return.

   • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

3. Health and Safety:

   • Bring your own yoga mat to each class. Aerial equipment will be provided by the studio.

   • Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before attending class.

   • Pregnant individuals should consult with their healthcare provider before participating in aerial yoga classes.

   • Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors during class to minimize the risk of injury.

4. Studio Etiquette:

   • Arrive on time for classes to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for all participants.

   • Respect the space and equipment provided in the studio. Any damage caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the individual.

   • Maintain a respectful and supportive environment for fellow participants and instructors.

5. Changes to Schedule or Services:

   • Classes will only be opened with a minimum of 3 students booking ( one day before 11 pm of scheduled class).

   • Please note that our studio is closed on public holidays.

   • The studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or services offered without prior notice.

   • In the event of unexpected closures or cancellations, reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants and provide alternative options.

By attending classes at our yogabycat studio, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in the refusal of entry to classes or termination of membership privileges.

We respect the privacy of your personal information, and we strive to maintain the confidentiality of

your personal information given by you. The objective of collecting your personal data is to deliver
